Air-braking spiral-shaped tube and heptcable spiral
Nylon air-braking spiral-shaped tube and heptcable spiral with nylon tube as external armor tubing are the best material as brake piping and electric circuit used between principal machine and trailer. They are characteristics of slippery inner wall, of speedy braking response, of few pressure wear and of fine flexibility and recovery function. The tough nylon tube with a spiral-shaped design that is capable of flexibility minimizes the wear possibility of the tubes and expands largely their life-span than the other pipes. The tube should not be stretched more than two times of the original longer if soon rebound is required. The piral-shaped tube still has excellent pressure resistance. The least blasting pressure is 49Kg/cm2. And the recommended working pressure is 9kg/cm2 when a safety factor of 4:1 is approved 50℃.
